Sheffield Cancer Choir’s singing therapy was launched in our first public session on Saturday 16th May 2020 and it was a huge success.
So much so that it is going to be a regular Saturday fixture that we are offering for free and is open to all. It takes place via Zoom at 2pm-3pm every Saturday (during the current situation) and you can join us by clicking the link below. Please note we will be recording each session, and potentially your part in it, to make it available via YouTube for anyone wanting to listen again. You can take part without using your video if you do not wish to appear in the recording and will still be able to take part in the session. Please contact us beforehand if you wish to enquire, otherwise just follow the link and we hope you enjoy the benefits of singing with us!

Meeting ID: 997 0659 7072 (no password required) It is the same Meeting ID every week.

Sheffield Cancer Choir rehearse on Wednesday's at 7.30pm at St. Mark's Church, Broomfield Road, Sheffield, S10 2SE.

No audition is required, just come along and try it for two weeks before you decide to join.

We sing a mixture of styles including pop & rock, popular classics and showtunes. We encourage members to suggest songs they would like to sing.

As well as choosing material to sing simply for enjoyment or to build our repertoire, we use our rehearsals to prepare for any upcoming performances. Please know though, that performing is always optional. You are welcome to come along to rehearsals without taking part in any performances.

We also need non-singing members for various tasks, so if you would like to be involved but don't fancy singing, come along to a rehearsal or get in touch.

See below for a map of our rehearsal location, St Mark's Church.
